Where do you operate?

We have techs in every U.S. Zip Code and also cover all major cities in Canada. Please see our Coverage Map for more details and to see who your Market Owner would be.

What is your on-time percentage

98.7% But we are always striving to make it better. We will also give you a specific installation time that is convenient for you. If our tech is going to be more than 15 minutes late, you will be notified.

What services do you provide?

We specialize in equipment installation, primarily in cash management systems. We have a team of highly trained technicians throughout the US and Canada who can handle a variety of equipment installations, de-installations, site surveys, cabling and networking, logistics, and more.

What type of equipment do you install?

We install and deinstall all types of smartsafes, lockers, POS machines and more. If you name your brand, we probably know it. If we don’t know it, we’ll make it our business to know it, taking training with the manufacturer themselves. In the past, we’ve even gone as far as writing installation manuals for equipment that didn’t have anything available, and if that’s the case, we’ll do that for your equipment.

Are your techs 1099 or W2?

Neither, we have 52 franchise markets run by our Market Owners. Market Owners attend training with Bibbeo twice a year, and pass along what they learn to their trained techs. All techs pass background checks, are provided with any specialized equipment needed to do the job. No work is farmed out to WorkMarket or other job sites.

How many techs do you have? Will I have to wait long for service?

Bibbeo has around 450 techs in the field, which means we will get to your job as fast as we possibly can.

Are there mileage or beyond fees?

No, we do flat rate pricing. Your quote is your quote regardless of mileage.

Do we get a dedicated Project Manager?

Yes, you should always be able to speak to your dedicated Project Manager. If for some reason they are unavailable, we have a clear chain of accountability to make sure someone gets back to you as soon as possible, and is as informed of your particular details as much as possible.

How will I be informed of appointments and progress on my job?

With our proprietary Jobspark app, you’ll have access to your job history. You’ll be able to develop your own checklist for jobs, see the timeline for each job and what is happening on each job, which tech was there, and you’ll see pictures of the job site. We strive to leave our job sites cleaner than we left them, and can train your staff on how to use the machine and troubleshoot any problems before we leave.

What does Bibbeo mean?

The name Bibbeo was first used by the founder in a college class, eventually becoming a real company in 2012.

Do you do training on equipment?

We include 15 minutes of basic training at the time of installation. If you need additional training after installation we are happy to assist if we have the proper documentation to prepare our teams.

Can you dispose of old equipment?

Yes, we offer a disposal program for smart safes and alike equipment. Our disposals  comply with laws and regulations to ensure the equipment is properly decommissioned.
