When Bibbeo moved into our new warehouse in August 2025, one of the most anticipated upgrades was the addition of a modern, high‑capacity, state-of-the-art paint booth to enhance our equipment refurbishment operations. We’re happy to report that vision is now a reality.

After extensive planning, Bibbeo partnered with Global Finishing Solutions (GFS)—a leader in advanced paint booth and finishing environments serving industries from aerospace (including NASA) to automotive and industrial manufacturing. GFS worked closely with our team to design a booth tailored to our workflow, equipment mix, and production volume.
The new booth measures 20 ft wide, 18 ft high, and 30 ft long, providing more than 10,000 cubic feet of dedicated space for equipment refurbishment. Its integrated technologies allow simultaneous multi‑modal painting, enabling our team to apply multiple colors and finishes at once.
Mark Carroll, Bibbeo’s Chief Strategy Officer, emphasized the scale of the upgrade:
“This space gives us 600% more than our former paint capacity. It’s a tremendous improvement, and it positions us to better serve our partners while opening the door to new opportunities.”

For Joel Astorga, Bibbeo’s Prep and Paint Lead, the new booth represents a leap forward in both quality and efficiency.
“Our old setup was more of an extractor than a true paint booth. We could clean, de‑rust, and repaint machines, but now we can take that work further—curing the paint and returning equipment as close to a factory finish as possible.”
The increased capacity will also support team growth and faster turnaround times.
“We’ve had three to four techs processing around 100 units each per week. With this new booth, we’ll be able to bring on more techs and meet partner needs even more quickly. We’re excited to get our process running on all cylinders.”
In line with Bibbeo’s commitment to employee well‑being, the new state-of-the-art paint booth incorporates the latest safety systems, including advanced ventilation to remove fumes and maintain a healthier workspace.
But we’re not done yet. With the paint booth now operational, our team is already pondering the next evolution of our refurbishment capabilities.
“Next, I’m exploring the possibility of powder coating,” Joel said. “We’re always looking for ways to improve for our partners, and this booth is a major step in that direction.”
