Promoting from within is more than just filling positions—it’s about recognizing dedication, initiative, and the drive to go above and beyond. There’s nothing more fulfilling than watching team members not only succeed in their roles, but truly rise to the occasion and make a lasting impact.

We are pleased to announce the following promotions:

Jessica Knabe, Partner Relations Advisor

Jessica is stepping into the role of Partner Relations Advisor from Business Development/Market Support.

Jessica has been with Bibbeo since 2014 and has in-depth knowledge of all areas of our business. The Partner Relations Advisor is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening long term relationships with our company partners. The position plays a critical role in delivering a structured and consistent partner experience through organized onboarding, accurate pricing and quoting, proactive contract management, and ongoing relationship engagement.

Jessica’s knowledge and experience make her uniquely positioned to serve as a strong bridge between Bibbeo and our partners, and we’re excited to see her thrive in this role.

Andrew Ewelllindley, Business Development Lead

Andrew has been promoted to Business Development Lead from a Project Coordinator position.

Although Andrew has only been with us since early 2025, he has proven to be a huge value to the team and was recognized as Team Member of the Year for 2025. His new role combines project coordination responsibilities with advanced technical support, partner onboarding, and internal documentation development. Andrew brings his leadership skills to this role, providing technical leadership across Business Development and acting as a key liaison between partners, Market Support, and internal teams.

We are looking forward to seeing Andrew’s continued positive impact at Bibbeo in this new role.

Victoria Whiteley, Business Development Market Support Specialist

Victoria has moved to Business Development Market Support Specialist from Market Support Specialist.

Victoria has been with Bibbeo since March 2025 and this role will fit her skill set perfectly. The Business Development Market Support Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for markets, providing real-time operational and technical support to ensure successful job execution. This role supports both Business Development and Core Market operations, handling a high volume of daily interactions that require responsiveness, accuracy, and problem-solving.

We know this will be a great place for Victoria to showcase her talents.
